BACKGROUND
Change the statement under background; UMINO Community Loan Services is an entrepreneurial financing organization registered in July 2017 to provides financial services to rural parts of Zambia. UMINO stands for ‘UMoyo wabwINO’ which means a good life or better life. UMINO is currently providing loans to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Eastern part of Zambia.
UMINO is proud to be an entrepreneurial-oriented MFI: As opposed to many other MFIs, UMINO provides loans to individual clients, based on a thorough review of the client’s business plan.
Our Mission
UMINO’s Mission is identify and empower entrepreneurial rural Zambians to start & grow businesses by offering a) access to financing, b) business education& advice and c) business connections to clients and others.
Our vision
UMINO’s Vision is to be Zambia’s most entrepreneurial, impactful and sustainable rural financing organization.
